Saturday Memories

27 Dec

Here are some pictures of Jenna in her “princess dress” not long after her first birthday.  She was not very excited about dressing up and didn’t seem to like all that stiff, froo-frooness, but she warmed up to the whole idea before long.

Reluctant princess

She was actually using sign language here, but I don’t remember what she was saying.  Probably, “all done.”

Finding her feet and a big, beautiful smile.

Hope you’re all enjoying your holiday weekend.  Wishing you peace and happiness.

Um, could you please post a picture where she does not look absolutely gorgeous and have perfect hair?! It’s just not fair to the rest of us 😉

    Thanks ladies!

AnyMommy – That’s hilarious, because when I posted this, I actually thought her hair looked “messy.” That was one great thing about when it was curly – – even when it wasn’t “done” it still curled and looked adorable. Have I mentioned that I’m sad the curls are gone?? 🙂

What a beautiful dress! Our 2-year-old isn’t a big fan of dressing up either. She prefers jeans and t-shirts – clothes that allow her to run, stretch, and play with ease.
