Try This Tuesday: GoodSearch

Try This Tuesday

Tom from Narrow Ridge clued me in to a great new and easy way to raise money for your favorite charity. Instead of using Google or Yahoo as a search engine, use goodsearch.com and they’ll donate to the charity of your choice. The amount they donate is based on the number of searches you do. I signed up for donations to March of Dimes.

You Search...We Give!

They’ll donate additional money every time you shop through goodshop.com, which has links to most online stores like Kohl’s, Target, Gap, Old Navy, Zappos, and Amazon. You can add a button to your blog, make GoodSearch your homepage, add a footer to your email messages, download their toolbar, and more from here.

Even small steps can make a difference.

What a neat way to make a difference without lifting a finger (off the mouse, that is)!
