Two of my favorite things are coffee and chocolate. Here are 2 recipes I have on file for personal pampering using those 2 ingredients. I have no idea where they came from (I didn’t invent them), so if they’re your original concoctions, claim your fame in my comments section, and a big THANK YOU from me, because I’ve been enjoying the pampering.
- 2 cups of coffee grounds
- 1/2 cup raw sugar (sea salt works)
- 2/3 tablespoon of sweet almond oil (or any other massage oil)
Mix all together and enjoy the rejuvenating effects of caffeine. You can also add cinnamon or vanilla for some added aromatherapy or brown sugar if you want the mixture to be more coarse and sweet smelling.
Cocoa Bath Milk:
- 1 c cocoa powder
- 1 c. powdered milk
- 1 capful of peppermint extract
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Mix all and add to warm bath. Mmmmm…..Chocolate!
