I thought that after seeing her third birthday pictures, it would be fun to remember the tiny baby in the NICU that I held in my arms just yesterday.

So sweet. I can’t believe we’ll have another newborn in our arms in just a few short months. Oh, the magic, the wonderment, and the sleeplessness of those first few months…

Absolutely beautiful pictures. It’s always so much FUN to pull these out…then you end up getting just a little sad. Time goes by to quickly.

Wow! She was so tiny! I know I could probably find it somewhere on here, but exactly how small was she when she was born?

Stephanie – Hopefully you’re resting up now! {wink}
Mia – Those memories are always a little bittersweet. Happy birthday to your little guy too!
DE – She was exactly 6 lbs. when she was born, but then lost weight for the next week. It’s hard to imagine that she was that tiny once!

I love looking at the pics of my babies. Its wierd but on their birthdays I would look at the time and think – I was at this stage now, as if I was reliving the entire day.

Gorgeous pictures! I still call my youngest daughter, “little” because I called her that all the time when she was a baby, because she was so tiny.
She’s now 2, and not so little anymore…but I guess she’ll always be my little.

OH. MY. GOODNESS. You are practically FORCING me to become pregnant! My youngest is only 6 months old (was once a 5 1/2 pound newborn, too!) and I’m already missing that tininess! I SOOOOO love the newborn stage, sleeplessness and all. Absolutely adorable.

Oh those are priceless pictures. I adore the first one. She was so teeny. It’s always weird to look at a talking walking mess making child and then look at some of their first pictures.

Wow. So little. I can’t even imagine it. Both my babies were born almost twice her little bitty adorable size. The pictures are beautiful.

Beautiful. My oldest was a preemie and it’s always amazing to look back at those pics and remember how tiny he was.

So adorable!
When I think of those newborn days (although I didn’t have any in the NICU), I remember the best sleep of my life.
