A great idea! I really need to get organized in this area. Too many times, I’ve needed something and I go to the file cabinet and think is it under Jackson? or insurance? or medical? Agh! I need to copy your idea!

I have done the same thing, using a display book (it keeps the pages in better condition than a binder). I have also included:
-names of teachers/aid/therapists/

-a running timeline of checkups, therapies started and stopped, wt and height, etc, with the “subject” (education, eyes, thyroid) in a smaller colum at the side.

What a fabulous idea to corral some of the mountains of paper that come in! You reminded me that I forgot to request a copy of my son’s latest psych eval, and they don’t send them to parents without a specific request. Off to send an email!
